A professional writer and editor, Linda Segall brings a unique combintation of experience and skills acquired through two careers--the first in human resources management and training/organizational development, the second in writing and editorial management. Her experience has given her a keen perspective of business few journalists claim to enjoy.
Linda spent her "first" career in training and human resources management, working in a variety of industries as well as a in a number of different business settings, all of which gave her insights into jobs, business, and organizational effectiveness. The companies she worked for included Miller Brewing Company, Alcoa, Ball Corporation, and Tenneco Automotive.
In 1993 she applied her business insights to the publishing industry, first as a senior editor of business-to-business (B2B) training newsletters, then as editor-in-chief of a premier business magazine for chiropractors. Later, she helped launch a four-color regional magazine dedicated to small business owners.
Retired from the businessworld, she continues to freelance by providing writing and editorial services to both businesses and individuals. She has co-authored books and has published a book (Don't Back into the Palm Tree! Real Life Lessons for New and Wannabe RVers) based on her blogs (Reluctant RoVer) as an RVer traveling with her husband.
